The Journey Continues
It is great to write this first blog to my new website. I have had a couple of websites over the past 15+ years for my business, as a Human Development Consultant, including the last one McGarry Consulting. However, Ann McGarry.com, the 2020 website, has a different feel to it, making a clear departure from what went before and moves Ann McGarry, the individual, more into the centre.
AnnMcGarry.com comes at a time in my life, called the Third Act, the last phase of a person’s life. This is a significant transition for me as I enter the ‘Wise Woman’ phase. Its timing is curious, with the backdrop of Covid-19, which has had the hidden benefit of creating a pause and time for more reflection. Emergence from this space is the continued desire to reignite my passion and power, bringing these forth and living more from my Authentic self in alignment with my purpose.
My offerings in leadership, management development, and personal development are presented from this foundation of my own deep passion for growth and deepening levels of awareness. Programmes are now delivered remotely as Online and Live Virtual (via Zoom) as my newest offering. Face to face classroom-based training is available on request.
This new website also presents specialist programmes designed to support significant life transitions, unleashing talents, and gifts and getting clear on your purpose. The content has been inspired from my own struggles and experiences to successfully navigate these significant passages of my career and life. Further, the content resonates the struggles which the many clients in my coaching practice present when walking through my office door and the solutions unfolded by them to reach a more fulfilled life and career.
My calling is to serve and hold sacred the space for others, whether they are private individual clients, executives, teams, SMEs or organisations who are committed to their transformational journey of development, growth and the realisation of goals personal and organisational.
