Wellness could be described as a series of mini choices in taking healthy actions to support you in your day to day life – at work & socially. This programme views wellness through physical, mental, emotional/social, and spiritual lens – encompassing the entire being.

This is a 2-Day programme aims at equipping you firstly in reviewing your life and creating a more manageable programme to sustaining your wellness. Assertiveness and healthy self-esteem are considered fundamentals building blocks to sustaining wellness. There is a particular focus on how thoughts affect your health and strategies are presented on how to combat negative thinking. Practical, easy to use stress reduction exercises are taught such as stretching, breathing and guided visualisation.

At the end of this programme, participants will have
