Ann McGarry a human development consultant based in Ireland works internationally supporting organisations, leaders, teams, and individuals to develop and grow. She is passionate about the development of human potential and capacities. Her training programmes and coaching change people’s lives and businesses, acting as a catalyst to unleash talent, thereby supporting personal fulfilment whilst also delivering on organisational goals. Programmes include leadership, management development, personal effectiveness, and wellness. These programmes are delivered to the public and private sectors, from SMEs to large corporations. These highly interactive programmes are content-rich and delivered in a nurturing environment. Programmes are delivered remotely Online and Live Virtual (over Zoom) as our newest offering. Classroom-based training is also available.
Ann also provides Quality Consultancy services to the highly regulated sectors pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.
Prior to setting up her consultancy practice, she had a proven track record in quality assurance managerial roles in these sectors where staff development formed a significant part of her role.
Her lecturing experience includes the University of Limerick, NUI Galway, Galway Mayo Institute of Technology on human resource development, supervisory development, quality management and wellness topics. She is the author of “CARE of Leadership: A practice for developing leadership effectiveness” and is also academically published.

My overarching goal in life is to develop my talents and gifts and utilise these to the fullest extent possible. I serve others to awaken their potential to realise their dreams and goals. This journey, which started in 1993, continues, developing many facets while deepening my understanding and knowing of myself.
Prior to setting up consultancy services in 2005, my career in industry spanned 20 years in Quality Assurance managerial roles within the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device sectors.
My technical qualifications include a B.Sc. in Chemistry, Diploma in Industrial Management, Diploma in Quality Systems Auditing, and I am a Qualified Person (Pharma). Staff development was a significant part of my role.
As a strong advocate in lifelong learning, I followed my passion for personal development and my desire to serve others, expanding my studies to include:

in Stress Management & Counselling, NLP Practitioner and culminating with an M.Sc. in Work and Organisational Behaviour. My passion for the development of human potentials leads me to write my first book ‘CARE of Leadership: A practice for developing leadership effectiveness’.
My 15 years in the Human Development field, seeing the growth and development of others as they reach their goals on my programmes and coaching brings me deep personal satisfaction and the momentum to continue to serve.
